A little bit more about me is that I have celiac disease, so ALL recipes are GLUTEN FREE too! I've been doing the prometabolic life for over 4 years now and the changes I have seen in myself are: higher temps that include hands and feet that are warm, a years-long pain in my right breast disappearing within a few weeks of learning about prometabolic healing (doctors didn't have an answer to the pain after thorough testing 2x), no pain periods, 28-day clockwork periods, no more bloating after meals, less acne, better sleep by sleeping through the night every night, my stomach is not irritated by coffee anymore, I don't get occasionally jittery after coffee or high sugar foods like juice or treats, and more! I have PMOS (formerly called PCOS) so my stubborn baby-weight from pregnancy has been there for 6+ years and due to the low cortisol nature of ProMetabolic eating, I am seeing that slowly (1lb per month) start to disappear now that I have added yoga and walking to my routine. With that, my DISCLAIMER: my experience may not be your experience. I encourage you to research for yourself and decide what's best for you. I'm happy to answer questions, but I am not a dietician, I am just good at making yummy food that will nourish your body!
BEAUTIFUL and trending design that is soft, minimalist, and easy to read. Bullet point lists make it easy to follow.

The breakfast and dessert recipes are often "add all ingredients, mix, bake" type recipes to save you time and make it simple! There is one more complicated recipe - the cinnamon rolls (maybe not more complicated but definitely more time consuming and three parts to it) but IT IS WORTH THE TIME AND ENERGY - I worked hard to hone those recipes to perfection! I'm an egg lover so the egg bakes are my fave but honestly, these all are such a great way to start and end your day!

Apple Cinnamon Gummies
Yum, Beets Gummies
Sugar Cookie Gummies
The recipes are SO EASY to follow and half are unique enough that I have never seen them before in the Prometabolic realm. Creamsicle is one every one has, so of course I had to include it too! But I have never seen anyone with Sugar Cookie, Beet or Watermelon - I worked hard to hone those recipes to perfection! The snack list is what my family puts between meals to keep blood sugar from spiking, they are well balanced!

This is what my family uses to entertain at the holidays! Sometimes, because I am celiac, the dish I bring is all I am able to eat at a big family meal, so thought went into each dish in regards to blood sugar balance and offering nutrient density compared to the "standard American holiday food".

We eat one or two of these soups each week, they are so easy to adjust slightly to seem like a whole new soup so you don't feel like you are eating repetitively! That's why we never get sick of soups, year-round!
