Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges if you contact me withing 5 days of the delivery of your item (based on the tracking date, not the date you opened the package). Return or Exchange items need to be post marked and tracking info sent to me within 7 days of the delivery of your items. Shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility to return the item to me, as well as if you want me to send an exchanged item back to you. 
The following items can not be returned or exchanged: any and all custom requests (even if ordered from my custom listings), personalized items such as if you order an item scented, and sale items can not be returned or exchanged. 
Cancellations
I often fill orders as they come in so that they are in your hands as fast as possible. Because of this, I do not allow cancellations.
Payment & Shipping
I accept credit cards, Paypal, and cash if the order is made in person. All orders are shipped via USPS within 1-7 BUSINESS days from the time of payment. See each product’s main page to see turn around times by product. Saturday and Sunday are not business days, even though I often work those days, it is my choice to do so based on my personal schedule so please don’t factor them into your calculations of when the item will deliver.
