My organic wool dryer balls are hand-wound and tightly felted 3 or more times so they will NOT unravel in your laundry! They weigh approximately 2 oz each and are 7 inches in circumference. They are color-fasted so the dye will not bleed onto your laundry, there has been no issue in 13 years of selling these :)
